Born in Kingston, Jamaica; he moved to Seaford in 2005 after spending 4 decades in London! A Teacher, former Youth & Community Arts Worker, Coach, Lecturer, Writer, Workshop Leader & Trainer... Currently an Educational Consultant and E-Commerce Business Owner...

Joel joined Seahaven FM when it kicked off in 2008. He firmly believes, "Having a Local Radio Station is about a community 'talking to & about itself' - listening, reflecting, informing, entertaining & sharing views amongst other stuff; like great music!"
